MonTerra Wins SAM Award

Medallion Developments was proud to accept the award for "Best Sales Centre" at the 2006 Sales And Marketing Awards this past week. This was the first nominamation for MonTerra with hopes of more as the community grows.

We would also like to congratulate one of our show home builders, Astoria Homes, who won the prestigious honour of the "Builder of Merit". Brooklyn Homes was also nominated for an award that evening for their show home This is a reflection of the type of builders you can expect out in MonTerra.
